Couture Bed, Bath & Table Linens- 4-8 Weeks + Shipping
Rush Orders- Incur 30%-50% Upcharge PLUS Air Shipping

All of our linens are individually cut, sewn and embroidered to order. 
If you need your order by a specific date, be sure to note this in the message box during checkout.
Please Note: Our Couture Embroidered Linens may require by email that 1) you confirm your order details are correct, 2) the monogram is correct, and 3) you agree to our custom order policies. Orders will not be processed without all three being confirmed by email.


TERMS AND ORDERING

By ordering from our website, social sites, email, or phone, you are agreeing to all of our policies, terms and conditions. Orders placed on our website are reviewed prior to processing your order and are typically processed within 24 hours. If you think you made a mistake please call, email or use the online contact form on our website! We may contact you with any questions on your order so be sure to check your email.  As a courtesy reminder: All custom and monogram orders are charged in full for production to begin. There is not a charge for proof artwork when an order has been placed. For proof artwork prior to ordering, there will be an artwork charge ($10 - $50) based on the design which can be credited to an order placed within 14 days. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. An email is sent with the tracking and shipping details so that you can track your order. Orders over $500 typically require a signature.  PLEASE NOTE: If your order is lost, stolen, misdelivered or arrives late, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.  Bella Lino Linens will assist you in locating your order and/or filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary. However, we DO NOT refund or replace lost, stolen or misdelivered orders by the carrier. 

RETURNS POLICY

Our products are made with the utmost care and specifically for you, so order carefully and double check your order confirmation that is emailed to you after you have placed your order. Due to the nature of our custom linens, there are no returns, exchanges or cancellations. Items purchased on sale are final sale with NO returns or exchanges. For any error on our part, we must be contacted within 10 days of receipt to make the correction. Please order carefully and call or email us with any questions!


CARING FOR YOUR FINE LINENS

Linen care cards are attached to your order. Machine wash in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Never use bleach, brighteners or whiteners as this can cause discoloration. No fabric softeners. Remove items from the wash immediately. Never leave your linens to sit in the washing machine especially during the first wash. Linens should be washed separately. Low to medium heat dry and remove while slightly damp. Do not over dry. Hand press or steam iron on the reverse side of embroidery if desired. Do not dry clean. Table linens are best to lay flat to damp dry and steam iron. Slight slubs or specks are the natural texture of linens. Bella Lino Linens is not responsible for items due to improper care or laundering.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers from outside the continental US will receive a final confirmation for their order to confirm shipping charges. International customers are responsible for all customs, import fees, taxes, and delivery charges. Bella Lino Linens is not responsible for these fees and unable to give estimates for these charges.
