Delivery & Shipping

ORDERING

All orders placed on our website are reviewed prior to processing your order. Orders are then typically processed within 24 hours. If you think you made a mistake, NO WORRIES! Just call, email or use the online contact form on our website and we will take care of it! We may contact you with any questions on your order so be sure to check your email. You are always more than welcome to call us to place your order. As a courtesy reminder: All custom and monogram orders are charged in full for production to begin. Proofs: There is not a charge for proof artwork when an order has been placed. For proof artwork prior to ordering, there will be an artwork charge ($10 - $50) based on the difficulty of the embroidery design which can be credited to an order placed within 14 days.

SHIPPING 

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. An email is sent with the tracking number so that you can track your order. Orders over $500 typically require a signature. To waive a signature, please contact the carrier. If we are shipping to an apartment or unit number, please make arrangements to be available for delivery or contact the carrier with delivery instructions. 

PLEASE NOTE: If your order is lost, stolen, misdelivered or arrives late, please contact the carrier with your tracking information that is sent with every order.  We at Bella Lino Linens will do everything possible to assist  in locating your order and filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary. However, we DO NOT refund or replace lost, stolen or misdelivered orders by the carrier.

DELIVERY

All of our lovely linens are cut, sewn and embroidered to order. Each item is made by an individual seamstress and embroidered one piece at a time. Production time for our Signature Monogrammed Linens is typically 2-3 weeks + shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, be sure to note this in the message box during checkout.

Our Couture Bed, Bath & Table Linens have a production time of 4-8 weeks. Please allow extra time during peak Bridal Season, Holiday season, or during Special Events & Sales. Shipping time typically adds 5-10 business days for delivery.

For RUSH ORDERS, please make a note in the message box during checkout with your request. There is a 30% UPCHARGE  for all rush orders in addition to expedited shipping charges.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers from outside the continental US will receive a final confirmation for their order to confirm International shipping charges. International customers are responsible for all customs, import fees, taxes, and delivery charges. Bella Lino Linens is not responsible for these fees and unable to give estimates for these charges. 

 

SHIPPING TO A GIFT RECIPIENT

We are happy to offer a free service where we can ship your gift directly to the recipient. We are happy to also include a gift message (just type in your short gift message in the message box during checkout). And don't worry! We do not include a receipt with the gift.

 

SALES & DISCOUNTS

Items purchased on sale are final sale with NO returns or exchanges. Prior sales are excluded.  Some items may be excluded for manufacturer policies, or may require a minimum purchase. Orders are processed and charged in full for production to begin. 

RETURNS

Our beautiful products are made with the utmost care and specifically for you, so please order carefully and double check your order confirmation that is emailed to you after you have placed your order. Due to the nature of our custom linens, there are no returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please order carefully and call or email us with any questions!

CUSTOMERS OWN MERCHANDISE (COM)

We only embroider on select customer provided items. Please email us with your request and we will be able to determine if we can provide this service. Reminder: Bella Lino DOES NOT replace, refund or reimburse any COM items if an item is damaged during embroidery.
